This course will examine the most common complaints from both attorneys and staff, and provide sound suggestions for the changes to make which will have the greatest positive impact both on interpersonal relationships, and on the accuracy of client work.

From employment web sites to virtual assistants, from payroll to telecommuting, from policies and procedures to staff monitoring, this session will cover the best tools available for solos and small firms, plus the ethics of using them.
