While our services are trusted by firms of all sizes, we specialize in offering tailored resources for solo practitioners and small to mid-sized law firms. Understanding the unique challenges these firms face, we’ve built a network of entrepreneurial vendors who are sensitive to both the specific needs and budget considerations of this important segment of the legal profession.
My Mission
Education is foremost. You don’t know what you don’t know. I am constantly writing and teaching (preaching?) about things not yet on your radar screen. I want you to learn and to identify problems before they become insurmountable. I want you to understand the marketplace and how it impacts you. Only then can you be strategic in your actions.
Problems fester unknown in the dark recesses. Tensions bubble unspoken under the surface of daily life. I work to bring them into the light where they can be addressed. I work to enable those difficult conversations and improve future communications.

Freedman Consulting offered a full range of law practice management services during its first twenty years. However, services are now confined to those areas below, which are part of overall strategic planning.
You will find articles and other information on this website and in the Law Practice Management blog, which address issues in areas such as technology, records management, human resources management, financial management, risk management, and so forth.
We can refer you to well-vetted vendors and consultants for assistance in areas in which we no longer provide consulting services. There is no charge to you if we can assist you with a referral. Some vendors and consultants may provide us with a referral fee if you engage them. However, that will not influence our choice of recommendations.
